My interest in the industry back in the 80's working with my father. I was fortunate enough to join a custom builder in 2002. I started in the construction industry building 5,000 sq. ft. custom homes. I received my Florida Residential Contractors License in 2004. After four years of that I joined a large track home builder. I gained the experience of the good, the bad, and the ugly of home construction. In 2014, I joined the Home inspector side of the business as an Orange County Building Inspector where I conducted building for both residential and commercial buildings. In 2016, I made the transition to the private Inspection industry. Having a strong diverse background allows me to see problems that others do not.
I bring the precision of an engineer with the craftsmanship of a custom homebuilder bundled together with the keen eye of a production home builder. My knowledge and experience working directly with homeowners through the entire building process has allowed me to understand the interaction with customers. In fact, the reason I became a home inspector in the first place is because I watched so many others performing that weren't up to my standards. I show up early and walk the property, and I encourage all involved parties to accompany me during the inspection so that I can explain my findings as we go. I am as honest as they come - I will never sugarcoat a inspection report, but I will explain any defects I have found with the tact and diplomacy you'd expect from a true professional.
